Agent Chat allows the person ("Agent") who initiates the video chat/tour to control the tour, or to give control temporarily over to a customer so they can browse if preferred.
The Agent gives control by hovering the cursor over the video chat image of the customer and then clicking on the icon on the top right. A large cursor with a no-entry-type symbol appears on the customer image to indicate they now have control. To remove the control, the Agent clicks on this no-entry icon which then disappears.
There is a button for the customer to click to request control. This shows up as a flashing symbol on the Agent's screen so they can then allow navigation control.
