These floor plans are created using Magicplan and a LiDAR scanner. Floor plans cost £35 as an add-on. This price is for flats and houses up to two bedrooms. The three storey house depicted here cost a little more than the minimum price due to it being bigger than a regular 2 bedroomed house and on 3 levels. This cost only 45 as an add-on.
