High Dynamic Range (HDR) Tours
360 tours with "Agent Chat" and superior highlight & shadow detail
HDR 360 virtual tours are photographed using HDR (High Dynamic Range). This means taking 5x as many photos to be able to see detail in the dark parts of a room indoors at the same time as seeing detail of bright objects outdoors. For most applications HDR is not necessary. It's only desirable when there are many rooms with large windows or French doors with lovely garden views to be seen from indoors. Shooting and post-processing in HDR takes substantially more time and costs more, but the base cost includes 15 panoramas instead of 10.
Have a good look at the image from an HDR tour on the right compared to the image from the regular tour on the left. Pan the image left and right to see the detail and brightness indoors and see the detail in the sky. The dark and bright areas have superior detail in the HDR shots. For many situations this does not matter too much, but when you want to see detail in very bright and darker areas simultaneously, this is the way to go. For most interiors where you don't need to see outdoors in detail, a regular tour is fine.
